Personalisation Notes
Copyright Issues
We can create items with almost any design you like but please do not ask us to use images or logos that you or we are not licensed to use. For example copyrighted images, designer brand names etc.
Mistakes
In the unlikely event that we make a mistake whilst personalising your items we will of course replace the product as quickly as possible. Please email us email us within 3 days of receipt of the item explaining the fault.
Please note we will not rectify mistakes made by yourself when placing your order. Therefore please be very careful when entering information in the ‘Information for personalisation’ boxes.
Please pay particular attention to spelling and letter case. So for example if you want an item to say “Mary” and you enter “mary” then the item will be made to say “mary”. If you want an item to say “February 14th 2014” and you enter “14/02/2014” then the item will be printed/engraved with “14/02/2014” and so forth.
Returns
We are only able to accept the return of a personalised item if it is faulty. To return an item please email us within 3 days of receipt of the item for a returns code number. Items must be returned in their original condition and secure packaging at the buyer’s expense.
Please note that personalised items, special order items, chocolates and sweets cannot be returned if you change your mind.
Cancellation
To cancel an order please telephone us immediately on 01507 668060 as once the personalisation process has begun orders for personalised items, special order items, chocolates and sweets cannot be cancelled.
